Jackie Wolpert

Jackie joined UCD in 2022 with 8 years of real estate experience, including new ground up development, site selection and acquisition, valuation modeling, competitive acquisitions, governmental entitlements, leasing, lease restructuring, consulting, and multifamily development. She is responsible for leading the development and leasing on multiple shopping center developments and assisting in various market strategies and consulting services with multiple retailers. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Jackie came to Texas after being directly admitted to the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a concentration in Finance – Real Estate.

Prior to UCD, Jackie worked for Southeastern Development for 2 years where she was responsible for leading and assisting in various multifamily and retail development projects across the western region and provided consulting services to retailers and investors.

Jackie started her career with The Kroger Company in the Dallas real estate department for 6 years where she led and contributed to various projects in Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. Because of her skill in leading teams, Jackie managed and assisted in several corporate real estate initiatives that resulted in significant savings for the company including the sale of the c-store division and an energy savings initiative.
