Terry Piper

Terry joined UCD in 2012. She is responsible for all property management of UCD’s retail centers, parks, and vacant land. Terry also maintains relationships with our tenants in each shopping center to ensure positive communication throughout the lease term. Terry brings a unique skillset with a varied career across multiple vocations. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Westbrook University.

Prior to joining UCD, Terry worked for GE Capital Real Estate for 4 years as a Loan Analysis and Lead Compliance Draw Specialist. She was responsible for processing property management contracts, joint venture loans, and commercial loans for the New York region territory. She received the “Committed to Excellence Award” for her work product.

Terry spent 5 years with Centcom Realty Corporation as Director of Asset and Property Management for Texas-based properties. She was responsible for all property management duties, tenant relations, and investment reporting.
